In reply to my email regarding halt in mpeg 4 migration the help desk replied that it's because migration to mpeg 4 is done not by Tata Sky but by the broadcasters. And it's stopped by them soon to be resumed!
Whom to believe? So far we know conversion of the tp is done by dth and channels are shifted to converted tps not by broadcasters. Another example of brilliance by the cc.
 
The New Sat. will be in 91.5 E TATASKY will get the sat on september last they will start the migration process in the months of october.

no chance of 91.5 °E satellite for tatasky now .the only sat in 91.5°E is measat 3a. all its ku bandtps are fully occupied by astro malaysia,Sundirect and RDTV.
 
To supplement the mesat 3a.mesat 3b will be sheduled to launch on sept.but out of its 12tps in India beam 8 is already booked by sun direct.then there is no chance 4 ts to migrate to 91.5deg slot
