Might be true because of.power shift at the center. The Tatas have good relations with the present govt.

November 2015 is deadline.. Within 8 months they can't align all the dishes to new position.. so may be it is possible that tatasky acquired gsat-10 tps atleast for one year by which they can migrate to asiasat without any pressure of failure of INSAT.
