Edit gsat10 horizontal to change vertical and Select next screen again Select button press than check black screen signal strength & quality

You 11170 v no signal show
Check 11010 v signal quality very down

I wasn’t sure of the sms solution given by tata sky so I also tried the missed call approach – you have to give a missed call to 08899888998 and the complaint gets registered.
