you mean to say they got additional capacity by using INSAT-4A vertical polarity :huh

but if the V tps are from GSAT-10 then why the latest software upgrade of TS STB showing GSAT-10 options :huh :-/
 
The ceo itself stated that they are testing a new compression technology and extracting some more capacity from the same satellite asset

It's my guess based on official word such as CEO's statement. :shy
I think latest software also shows other satellites such as Asiasat 7/8 and many others

It is also showing Asiasat 7/8 TPS ;) :lol

Good question as I have seen INSAT 4A 14 and INSAT 4A 17, with a check mark on INSAT 4A 14. Now what is the second one ?
