by frec you mean polarity ?
I don't have much knowledge in these things, but I don't think that V Tp's are from Insat 4 A,
Sattelite is tumbling already.

Then what's the need to launch heavy satellites having 48 to more than 60 ku band tps, in western? do you think Tata sky is more advanced in technology than western countries!!!

It's a matter of technology advancement. TS and D2H launched 4K ahead of broadcast 4K in either Europe or USA, didn't they? With new technology, it is possible to do now what was impossible before.

If TS can achieve this, we should all be happy.

The question is - is it possible?

If no, we are in the same soup as before.

But if yes, TS will be the pioneer in this technology and we should be very very happy with 24 TPs. Also if yes, it will make more sense for TS to employ this tech on Gsat10 TPs rather than the dying Insat 4A.

I have found a link regarding polarisation which states

To use the channels that are available for satellite broadcast as efficiently as possible, both horizontal and vertical polarization (and left- and right-hand circular polarization) can be applied simultaneously per channel or frequency. In such cases the frequency of one of the two is slightly altered, to prevent possible interference. Horizontal and vertical transmissions will therefore not interfere with each another because they are differently polarized. This means twice as many programs can be transmitted per satellite
