Technical Error Problem

I'm getting Technical Error from 4pm.Removed and re-inserted smart card,removed cables,Did a reset and when it showed to scan Once Quality Box becomes full Green and Strength becomes nill and Once Quality Box becomes nill and Strength becomes full green..because of this it found only 65 channels and 40 radio channels ....Any other suggestions?

Last time it was LNB problem and they changed it...Need to see what they will say tomorrow ....

No matter which channel I select it shows Technical Error...No channel number is different............Opening Box? not allowed

Contacted them....They said I need to pay 125.rs for engineer visit.When I asked why my box has not crossed 1yr yet than they said Instillation warranty is only 6months..If there is any problem in box it will done free..........Is every DTH same?
