Big movies satellite rights will be directly dealed by the producers only, they will not sell the satellite rights to mango mass media. They will only give some rights like digital promotions to them.

Most of the time NO. Producers won't deal satellite dealing with tv channels. Some third party people involve in this. It is the very common situation in telugu film industry.
