It is simple Ku-Band Insat 4B setup, C-Band is there with good signals.

Nothing about signal, signal can be low on c band also...

The calculation is simple 5150-3410+9750=11490 MHz.
I can catch Ku-band by setting LNB LO Freq as 2150 MHz too.
So I am using S-Band frequency
