new channels soon shall launch... English music and English movies.

Don't know about English music. But will soon expect English movie channel.
Because ViacomCBS is expting at least 12 - 18 % profit only from its English channel.
Currently it's only English platform are Comedy central , cOlors infinity and Vh1 but the profits of this channel are below 10% of gross Viacom 18 profits.
Viacom CBS is also expecting the shares of English profits to double in 2022.
I think that's why Viacom is working on launching it's first subscription based OTT

Sometime back, there was a channel, Big CBS SPARK running.... JV of anil ambani and CBS, which had rights for few English songs as well

December 12/13 The New company VIACOM CBS may come to existance. As reported as merge to complete by early December.

The new company ViacomCBS will come to existence on Dec 5th and will trade as a unified company in nasdaq.
The company owns big cable network and large movie studio making the 22% share in USA TV viewers .

CBS channels and contents can be bring to the network. But the Sony - Reliance discussion is going on. So some clarification is needed.
