Sad News Three HD Sony channels has been shut down due to low viewership (Sony Rox HD, Le Plex HD & Ten Golf HD)

Hopefully they keep Sony ROX HD on-air cause its one of my favorite channels to watch music videos. What they can do is replace Sony LePlex HD with Sony Mix HD.

Don't run high on imagination . If Sony wanted , they could have already named Sony mix or Rox as Sony music . but they didn't because Sony usually keep 3/4 character name logo . More words means it won't fit in Sony logo and if they did , it would look unattractive

Music is more about listening rather than watching , and that too Sony launched only hd version , given the fact that mostly 90s era song airing channels are on top in barc rating , it's quite clear channels is failure .

Encrypted music channel is a bad idea until it is not an Active Music service. Sony Rox was showing nothing extraordinary than other music channels. Same goes for Sony Rox HD, they didn't make it available for a lot of Cable TV providers and for Dish TV, Independent TV, Videocon D2H serving millions of people. Moreover, the channel was not showing premium movies when compared to Star Movies HD, &Flix HD, HBO HD, and Sony Pix HD

This is just too bad. :angry: First MTunes HD shut down and now Sony Rox HD. And Le Plex HD is a good channel too. :verysad: Sony is shutting down good channels but it is not launching Sony Marathi HD. :angry:

Who said it will not launch? Only SLP HD, STG HD and Sony Rox HD are shutting down but that need not mean Sony Marathi HD is being scrapped as well.

Now PEN network should launch M Tunes alongwith it's HD versy because now there'll be only one HD music channel & only 3 channels for latest bollywood hits.

Same situation for Disney International HD, MN+ HD, &Prive HD.

Disney international HD very less chance to shut down in near by future. They started promos of new shows.Seems they are trying to reach more audience. Other 2 may be.
