Sad News Three HD Sony channels has been shut down due to low viewership (Sony Rox HD, Le Plex HD & Ten Golf HD)

Same situation for Disney International HD, MN+ HD, &Prive HD.

Many will shut down or price will b decreased in upcoming crucial months
Broadcaster is in trouble

Now PEN network should launch M Tunes alongwith it's HD versy because now there'll be only one HD music channel & only 3 channels for latest bollywood hits.

Not going to happen, already Wow Music failed and now they r testing ILove on its licence. If this also delivers poor results then it is exit time for PEN in broadcasting sector

Don't know about airtel but Tata Sky will add Max HD+1, Sony HD+1 inplace of thess and keep wasting bandwidth in name of so called premium services. Wonder who watches these movies or shows on these channels or repeats when already they r telecasted day in day out or one can watch for free on OTT or even record them.

Waiting for the day when they add +2 channels too, some people might want to watch 8 PM show at 10 PM and requesting for it too. Or may be they have grand plans to launch super exclusive premium channels showcasing most important show of a particular channel. How many of u would like to see Colors Naagin service channel?

Yes Sony was unable to distribute it properly. It was missing on major platforms both sony rox hd and sony le plex hd.Also people are not willingly to pay for these channels on a premium.With this Trai order only some GEC channels and sports channels can command a premium price.Others will have to come down.Wow music is not distributed so following the same pattern.After launching a channel first thing is its distribution then only ads will come after being popular.

Sony Rox HD is better than MTV beats HD....true Dolby 5.1 on Sony....but beats HD airs with pseudo Dolby, only few songs airs in true dolby

God knows how Dream tv is still alive. It's available in very few cable & not even on a single DTH.
Now, they should distribute it & launch it.

Yes, with TRAI rule we can see 10's of channels with low ratings will be shutdowned.
