Sorry for bumping an old thread, I'm trying to get a new connection for the past 15days. Everyday the cable operator says it'll be done today but nothing happens. I contacted their fb page and they called me to enquire nothing happened after that. Anyone knows any direct customer care number or escalation number. Tried customer care but it ends abruptly.
