How to carry forward landline and its number from airtel broadband to jio fiber? Is it possible? Is there anything like landline number portability?

Nope. If you want to retain the number you will have to pay the minimum fixed line rental and disconnect the broadband services. That would be possible if you have normal lines in your area. If its fibre I don’t know if Airtel provides landline only connection over fibre.
