Seeking Help Times Now HD - Lock in 30 days ???

Guys,

1st Feb i selected my a la carte channels. This included Times Now HD

Its 48 hrs since my migration but i cannot drop the channel.

It says "PerMonthOffer:Monthly" for Times Now HD in Manage Packs => MyTataSky Portal

Asked CC, they say all channels have 1 day lock-in

This is some mistake/error from TS Side, mistakenly its set to 30 dat lock in.

No, same Issue.
But now Tata sky make many mistake like No Refund , You Select channel but can't activate till now , Mistake price etc,
I Hope TS IT team handle this issues.

I have also problem with TS.
My new pack not Activated and Can't get any LDP Refund.
TS says this problem will be solved

Tweet about this yesterday they have mansion the 11 kids channel in kids mini where as out of 5 channel from 6 were repeated and counted. I complaint they correct their mistake.
