That's rubbish analysis to shovel DPO's packs down our throats. How come every operators has same amount of people opting for DPO's packages?

Siti Cable director himself is saying that , so you need to ask them. One thing is sure you were wrong as majority are on DPO packs

News chs should be FTA, not sure why they are making it pay ch which is hurting their rating, no more #1 ch

Most of Hindi news channels are FTA & most of except few English news channels are paid.
Seems they have slim income from ads though they are viewed in power corridors and considered as opinion makers.

Most Sun direct users are also on DPO packs. Sun direct is mainly used by rural ppl where they don't have access to the Internet or any mode to change package. They pay the retailer and get the channels that are forced on them. And 90% cable users do the same.
