Tracked Laosat@128e with some English and HD programs

I just tracked this satellite with 50 to 70 % signals.I am not sure but it seems all wrong info is being spread on social media.
This satellite with Star Movies,Star Sports etc is in fact Laosat@128e.
Even I was thinking it is JCSat 4B@124e until I clicked on CCTV1 HD where in the info section it is clearly written Laosat.

Moreover this satellite has changed it's polarity to V from H.So the frequency is 10850 V 45012.

So for me this satellite remains Laosat till some one confirms it otherwise.

Update:Laosat had duplicate channels on both H and V polarities.

Dish image is almost same as Telstar 18 as posted in my previous post but slightly towards west and slightly raised.
LNB Skew is also same as Telstar 18.

CCTV 1 is in HD whereas 2 channels of Phoenix are in HD for some parts of the day.
English channels are CGTN,CGTN Documentary,Star Sports,Star Movies(with Chinese Sub titles) and many English movies on Lotus Macau channel.At the.moment also an English movie is playing on Lotus Macau.
Besides this CCTV 4 and some other CCTV channels have subtitles in English.
CGTN French and CGTN Spanish have different programs from CGTN English.

At the moment Signal is decreasing ,may be due to clouds and rain in our area.So will post more images when signal improves.
