my dish is poorly aligned, hence getting low signals, I ve hung it wid a elastic string :shy

surprised to see, all chnls r encrypted

10791 V

both listed on lyngsat

Try 10850 V 45000 or 10850 H 45000

arent u getting signals on 10730 h, 10790v tps ?

If not, then this sat is on which star movies is running FTA is not laosat

btw, u scanned 39980, put it 40000 against 10730h tp, and check signals

I do not scan by putting frequencies.
I always do blind scan so numbers are from the satellite and I dont think slight variation in numbers matter.

Check my very first ss on my thread,service provider is clearly mentioned Laosat on CCTV 1 info.It is from the satellite and I have not written that.
Still this satellite remains uncertain.

This satellite has Star Movies,Star Sports,Lotus Macau,CCTV 1,CCTV 2,CCTV 10,CCTV 11,Phoenix Hong Kong,Star China(logo similar to Star Utsav) etc.
I dont remember more and will inform if and when signal returns.

Perhaps my 60 x 70 cm dishtv dish is small to receive 10730H and 10790V TPs ?

There was no problem in the signal.
Actually the dish had moved slightly when I was changing LNB Skew.
So here is the ss I took just now of Xizang Satellite TV.Xizang is the Chinese name of Tibet
Have a look at the time stamp :

All you great satellite hunters consider this as a challenge for hunting
It is either 124e or 128e.

If u r not getting 10730h, and 10790v.... then how u r getting 10850v :huh

U shud get all three tps, if all were on Laosat.

I got 10730h and 10790v tps, wid gud signals, 90/74, though ss shows less signals... bcoz of hanging dish.

I m not getting 10850v tp, at all..... how is it possible, that I m getting 90/74 on one tp, and not getting any signals on another, ie:10850v.

So, in all likelihood, this 10850v to is somewhere else, not on laosat

Let it be on some other satellite still try to get it.
By the way I am not the first one to get 10850 TP.There are others also but not in this forum.

Dish position and LNB skew are almost same as in my Telstar 18 thread but slightly raised and slightly towards the west.
There are buildings all around and I am the only one who has dish on the second floor balcony and taking pictures of the dish looks weird as there are no sat hunters here.
