Yes Bro,
Channel V,Lotus Macau with English movies,CGTN,CGTN Spanish,CGTN French,CGTN Documentary,CCTV 10 like Nat Geo,Phoenix channel was running "Suits" English serial with Chinese subtitles in the evening in HD,CCTV 4 with documentaries in English subtitles besides Star Movies,Star Sports.
There was one channel with logo similar to Star Utsav with English subtitles may be Star TV China.
Overall it was/is an entertaining FTA satellite.

Just moved the dish a bit and now getting 33℅ but stable signal.
So it seems either the signal has returned or nothing is wrong with their signal and something is wrong with me or my dish as I keep on trying to adjust the LNB skew to get 10730 TP.
By the way I have not changed the elevation even a bit.It is only the azimuth which is changing.
So shawl Bro you can try in the morning.
I will just now adjust the skew and see if signal improves
