tracking Astra 2E,2F @ 28.2E

1) Is it possible to track Astra 2E and 2F @ 28.2E satellites in India?
2) If no, then is there any other satellite that can be tracked which gives FTA signals of BBC1,2,3,4 and ITV and BBC player?

1. You can not track Astra in India
2. ITV can be watched on Eutelsat-48B @ 48*E & I think on yasat-1 @ 52*E.

Jenius-Jatt, bro the sat's(28.2E) footprints are no where even touching India. Can we still track it? kindly confirm! Any other members who have tracked this satellite, kindly give your inputs...
