If you dont want your dth connection
(call to CC) They should Disconnect Stb & Dish in 15 Days.

• They(d2h) should return money in 7days to customer
• TRAI Committe Conditions

* Should Tell all details of packs & thier TAX details
* Should not collect More than Rs.350/- as Activation fee
* Dth can put Condition of 'Minimum 3 months Usage' for Returning STB
* DTH Should provide Tollfree Number for Returning stb & should advertise about that
* If customer used dth for 5years & returns
No refund is made by DTH OPERATORS

This rule is a alert for sundirect now sundirect customers will cut there connection because they will get there amount back so sundirect management is in high pressure

muje nahi lagta ki ye hoga aisa. koi company wale itne charge main bechne ya aisi koi condition pe taiyar nahi hogi.

aisa mera manna hai aage aage dekhte hai hota hai kya

I, at first, agree it was my mistake. Its Not Kannada Language, its Telugu Language. This rule is very good secondly. This will keep all dth operators in pressure. But what I did not understand is that how come this thread comes in sun direct section ???????
