TS Program Guide load time

Hello Folks,

I have been observing that TS program guide doesn't load easily on my STB esp after restart.Also many a times while most channels say Info not available,many channels just have the guide for the next hour. ANy solutions?Reset didnt work

If you want to retain the program guide in stb standby mode, then turn off the "Power Saving Mode" in Power Saving Settings and just turn off the stb from remote.

If you switch off the stb power from mains, the program guide get erased and loads within 1 hour for all the channels (upto next 24 hrs) after it gets on.

Some channels do not provide EPG info to broadcaster.
