It's also fact that TS has submitted 121 crore as service tax more than 9 crore from Dish. So it's clear that TS has higher ARPU. This is another reason why it's premium.

definetly they have higher ARPU, because, minimum monthly subscription from sd viewers with an average is 170 and for hd viewers it is 270,which is minimum to view hd entertainment in tatasky.so we can think how they are earning high ARPU per month.

It's a consumer's market. If a customer thinks TS is costly, they can opt for a different DTH.
