Jio cinema will be getting content from paramount , peacock, miramax and some content from WB as premium content.

OK there has been major development, any share moguls please help me understand how this works.
BTS will be investing 1.7B$ in viacom18 and NBC alone is expected to invest 1.5B$
So now in return NBC will be owning major proportion of viacom18 almost 30% right?

So viacom 18 which gets it's name from viacom is not even half of what NBC is owning.?

So Paramount Global is not a minority stakeholder in Viacom18? They still have 48.9% equity stake in the company.
