I'm saying this because if Viacom CBS is reduced to a minority stakeholder in Viacom 18, and if they exit from the JV, then there may be a tussle over who gets the rights to own the "Colors" brand. Though of course, Viacom CBS has clearly mentioned that "Colors" is their brand. They have displayed it on their official website as well.

This is the main reason why these scenarios would happen.
Colors is viacomcbs brand and its advertised in same manner. The brand name doesn't belong to RIL

This might be reality.
1. Viacom18 will be dissolved
2. New JV entity to evolve (media/investment)
3. TV18 + Comcast + viacomcbs + James uday duo will be share holders of new entity
4. Voot to be major OTT platform ( remember colors is viacomcbs brand but voot isn't)
5. The new evolved company may take the distribution of Warner media in South Asia

Just hope they revamp voot completely because at the moment the amount of content that is present in voot is very less compared to Hotstar, Prime Video and Zee5/SonyLiv(when they merge into a single OTT)

Also seriously want the new JV to expand into regional markets like improving their library in Tamil and also by starting a Malayalam channel
