Is anyone facing issue with Tata Play mobile app not allowing to update the pack or add/remove channel?

Nothing specific but the power to add or remove channels has been snatched away from me as there is no way to close that popup

I've called them twice one a week before they say they have forwarded my complaint to technical team after that no one contacted me..when I called yesterday they said no previous complaint is registered...hence I took screenshot now for yesterdays chat with them
