Seeking Help unable to remove annual pack

I had taken annual english hd pack of 4566 rupees but now in comparision of super sports and titanium hd pack it is looking very much costly.now i want to remove it but unable to remove.customer care is unable to help me.Bad luck

Dish Tv's all annual plans are frauds and very much costly in comparision of monthly packs.Last year when i had annual prime hd pack ,they said you can not keep this pack beacuse it is order of TRAI and now when i don't want to keep this pack customer care said -sorry sir,this pack has locked.where was this lock last year.I think TRAI is their main weapon to earn much money.
