Unable to record in my d2h

I called the CC to enable the recording feature in d2h, they enabled it. But whenever I try to record any program, it says CA refusal and no recording happens. When I try to pause live tv, it says 'Time shift buffer not ready to access'. Box model-2266. I want your immediate help friends
