Unprofesional behaviour of airtel

My problem of not getting of messages from airtel on both RMN and Onscreen messages still not resolved it has been more than10 days. if one problem is resolved then other problem comes out. if second problem is solved then first problem comes out again, i am fed up with nodal officers, god knows what will happen, poor service and unprofessional behaviour. What should i do pls suggest ?

They never send any promotional messages to rmn but only few to the stb.
They send recharge reminder msg. only before 2-3days of expiry to rmn.
