Upgrade to 12months Package

Dear All,

I have ULTRA Pack 6monthly now i want to upgrade to 12monthly package. When I check 12months and click Submit it gives the below message.
There are no eligible base pack available for this account, please contact customer care executive.

Please note that i have balance in my account for one year.

Please advise.
