Yes but no official version yet,Most of the star channels at times won't work but most of the other network channels will work fine.

It will have an user id and pwd already hard cored but now it don't work,so you have to hardcore your own login credentials using Java.

Then PC/Laptop casting of contents from Google chrome/opera browser will also work very well.

I dont have any wifi network at home, I am just using my phone hotspot (Airtel Network) as Wifi for PC. So it is possible to cast screen on Tv (I have Samsung A6+ that supports chromecast) as I don't have wifi?

Yes, I casted many times from Lenovo k8 note Jio Data and watched many shows but one drawback is there if you receive a call you may get hindered if the data goes off otherwise no problem.
