Validity of long duration pack

i am using Airtel Digital Multiple connection.
on my primary connection i recharge long duration pack.
if i check balance and validity through online or sms there  only show 
balance and validity of secondary connection.
kindly let me know how to check primary connection validity without calling CC.

Try this format BAL <Customer id>-1 to 54325 ..

This is the format, BAL CID-001
It still gives secondary details only

Use airtel sim

if i login to Airtel website and check my account detail. there are both connection shown but validity shown only of secondary connection. same validity shown in STB-001 And STB-002

i just sms From Another Airtel number BAL 3xxxxxxxxx
then balance massage arrived but here also showing bal and val of secondary connection.

then i again sms from Airtel Number BAL 3xxxxxxxxx-001
then massage arrived that this number is not linked with your id

Edited. Sms can be sent from any number with customer ID. It should work.
