i feel the st2 satellite is not totally functional or testing is still going on that is d2h is not able to migrate.

once the testing is over they will shift it immediately and will see addition of 10 more HD channels and 50 more SD channels offcourse gradually and not at one time.

i had just now checked in their website, they had not increased their prices inspite of service tax increased to 12.3% and they had also written that current prices are valid till 30th April'12. it means from 1st May'12 they are going to increase the prices, then only migration to ST2 will happen and finally new channels will be added.

Strange that D2h had announced 7 Hd channels addition but still not able to add those.
On other side d2h competitor Airtel is adding New HD channels without any notice.
