I had same problem with 3333 rf stb, called customer care, they said hw failure and replaced stb

Hard reset will solve this issue.... Post stb model

Press Green , * & Mute buttons

Step 1: Switch off the main power supply and switch on again.
Step 2: Once d2h logo appears press the following keys one by one on your remote.
Press Green button, zero button , five button and mute button.
Note :::: Don't press all the buttons simultaneously.... You should press one by one ( press one button then release it then press next) ....

Press these buttons and wait for few minutes ( 2 to 5 mins)...
If not working try few times , it will work...
Now the settop box will reboot and will scan the channels....

Press these buttons and wait for few minutes ( 2 to 5 mins)...
If not working try few times , it will work...
Now the settop box will reboot and will scan the channels....

This method won't work on RF remote support boxes and DDB also

Try this one...
1.
Switch off the main power supply....
2. Press and hold the reset button which is present at the back side of stb.
3 . Switch on the power supply.
4. Now after the logo appears, leave the button....
