Some more clarifications based on your reply.

Active service button in remove itself was not working in 4K box. May be you can check pressing the button and see if it is opening.

About remote it is fine. Are we able to enter into satellite settings and see the TP details? And are we able to do manual scan?

No.. The manufacturer is different and I believe this software will not be supported in other STBs.

:angry I think in this box recording feature isn't available. Though it has a usb port I think It's of No use... Whenever I connect PD to the STB, Nothing happens. There's no popup like to format the pd! Today only I got this box activated. I questioned customer care also but still waiting for their reply?!! :dodgy
