I was able to upgrade to the pack but could not select the free language add on, from the website. So I called the customer care, the guy said only one free language pack is available, plus since I am a ROI customer, I cannot get the Malayalam language pack. How illogical is this?
The new website is also so painful, I cannot find option to add or change my free add-ons. Can anyone share the updated channel list for this pack?
 
When I asked the CC to activate this but they asked me for correct package name . They refused to activate this package

Is there anyway I can activate this
