Videocon D2H
Platinum @ Rs. 480/pm = 22 HD channels (includes two flop channels i.e. CNBC and 3D)

SuperGold @ Rs. 337/pm = 11 HD channels

DishTV
NewSuperFam+SuperFamLifeOnHD @ Rs. 387/pm = 28 HD channels (24 TruHD + 4 upscaled channels. No Colors HD)

NewSuperFam+SuperFamGameOnHD @ Rs. 337/pm = 17 HD channles (16 TruHD + 1 upscaled channel. No Colors HD)

I switched from TataSky to Videocon when TataSky began charging HD access fee. Now Videocon has made the same move.

Goodbye Videocon D2H HD and welcome DishTV HD. DishTV :hd has more HD channels and more value for money now. :tup

Really...dth portability can only save us. Otherwise equations between dth's change every month...tata sky has not 24 out of around 40 hd channels available...

Yes, and for Rs. 404/pm you can avail 35 HD channels (27 TruHD + 8 upscaled channels) on DishTV. Whereas you get maximum 22 HD channels on VideoconD2H for Rs. 480/pm. Lol.

Dont worry dish tv will also gather customers then it will also change its packs this is all just to increase their sales same was in d2h also.Its common nothing new dish tv will dominate then they will also increase their prices.

I think after addition of & Pictures HD Dish Tv is providing 38-Tru-HD Channels.

I accept this, D2H charging more...only 7 days more to take a final decision after 01 Sept'14, I will finalize this on the same day.

But still worrying if Dish TV Raises the prices....!!..

U r wrong dude, in Dish Tv even afetr paying Rs. 699 (Rs. 499 for Titanium Pack + Rs. 200 for Full ON HD Pack) u will just get 25 HD channels and many SD channels too need to be taken separately

Above is for monthly base. If you pay Annual it comes to Rs. 404/pm for 35 HD channels on DishTV.
