He is answering your question. Saying all warm up matches will be shown starting from 07-Feb. He is not saying all regular matches starting from 07-Feb.

Warm up matches are from 8th Feb and Star Sports will be airing 4 matches, ie one per day.

Schedule is as follows -

8th Feb - India v Australia
9th Feb - England v West Indies
10th Feb - India v Afghanistan
11th Feb - England v Pakistan
