I also had the same issue.First the Engineer updated the id from 25 to 29 ,but it didn't solve the issue.So then he replaced the box to 2222RF and Since haven't had any issue.

I was facing these issues when my stb was running on download id 23.It was resolved when it was updated to download id 25.But,nowadays i'm also facing these problems.Seems like it came back again.

6666>2244>2222 where 6666 is the latest.Haven't had this black issue since he changed to 2222Rf.
