Videocond2h satellite signal loss via HDMI problem

When connect with HDMI im getting no signal. But i get signal when connect with rc cable. Whats wrong with decorder? Can anyone tel wht shd i do? My tv Lg 42 inches smart tv

Do you Select "HDMI" port on Tv remote ?

Yes. Decoder not getting signal frm lnb

If you can

(1) check that(STB) with another HDMI cable
______(or]______
(2) check the hdmi cable connecting to other
Devices (ex : DVD Player, gaming console, etc.,)

If (1) fails means its STB Problem
If (2) fails means its HDMI cable Problem

If both (1) - (2) fails means its TV Problem

Not like that . I get the video signal to tv via Hdmi. But i loss satellite signal

I did it wont reset when connect via Hdmi. But it reset with rc conection

bro i think ur problem is stb working fine in av port,in hdmi port u getting signal lose is it correct bro:huh,bro reset ur stb using hdmi option,if not working means i think software corrupted issue:-/

When reset it wont restart again. I need to power off it frm wall. Whn i on it again i cn see chanal scanin bt no chanals can be found. Bcos decorder doesnt get satellite signal. thats via Hdmi. Bt when it conected via rc i cn reset n scan chanals.
