U can check the settings and change it for better PQ / If u have done it already then may be issues in HDMI Cable or Composite/componanat cables .

I am using HDMI cable and it's 4 yrs old.

that may be the reason .. just guess only. try with another HDMI Cable or for once Try Composite /componant cables ..

When I used component cable really shocked to see that PQ looking better than using HDMI cable.That means some problem in my HDMI cable and it's also very old 4yrs completed.
