First of all you have to move your dish towards ddd+ direction...

Ok my stb updated with new software and it has black graphics all software is black in colour.i called cc and ask him to give my unlock password.they transfer my call to senior.then senior cant help me after that he provide a call back to me.after some minutes a d2h software engineer from mumbai call me and ask my problem.i tell him my problem then he arrange password for me i enter it in advance menu.then i put dd direct tranponder and plug dd direct antena cable to stb it shows signal green.then i scan
