same happened to gsat 8, it has 24 ku band tp's but no dth ops is using it. complete waste of money. do not worry i am in continuos touch with senior people in tata sky, airtel and vdeocon d2h and very important points are being shared by me so wait n watch, if they like my great suggestions u will see many changes in policies
with this regard i have given tata sky many ways to get more space and also move to a foreign satellite as foreign satellites launch on time, start functioning within few months of launch and foreign sat providers arrange for more transponders on time at same locationn
