All DTH introduced Rs 99 pack (at least Zing, ADTV, TS and D2H). All of their packages are having same constraints like one add-on is compulsory. Also, no HD channels will be allowed on this (except ADTV).

The main reason of this pack is because of digitization As per DAS rule one pack should be there which is for less than or equal to Rs.100 and so the packs.

But I won't say the pack is useless. Those who want to have only their own language channel can go with this pack where he need to pay an additional amount for getting all channels from his language.

For the case of D2H, one has to pay the below amount from South.

Flexi with Tamil = Rs.144 = Rs.99 + Rs.45
Flexi with Kannada = Rs.144 = Rs.99 + Rs.45
Flexi with Telugu = Rs.144 = Rs.99 + Rs.45
Flexi with Malayalam = Rs.144 = Rs.99 + Rs.45

One more drawback is no other add-on is allowed on this pack.

So, if the user only want to watch his own language channel along with other free channels from the pack, he can go with Flexi pack and pay Rs.144 so that he can save Rs.58 by not selecting the next pack South Silver. For these users, Flexi pack is useful.

But if the user want something more, then he has to select South Silver (at least). For these type of user, Flexi pack is not useful.

Is there any idea that a customer can select regional combo packs as a must add-on so that he can get one more language by paying Rs.6 extra? Or even he can get all south language channels by paying Rs.30 extra (if possible).

d2h music 1 and d2h music 2 are not coming in flexi pack.
