Which dth can v use occasionally

Pls help on which dth v can choose for using occasionally. It's for my frnd who lives in chennai and they need dth for their native place. He needs dth when he goes there, he will be going once in 3 r 4 months and staying there for a week only

I moved my connection to Tata sky. Whenever I travel to hometown, I drop all addons, and activate them when back. Also will do a mini re-charge.

In new tariff era all these rates are fixed by TRAI and rate is same for all DTH/cable
