Which DTH offers more pay channels at base pack?

That is not the correct way of taking decision. You can see the a-la-carte price of same channel varies between one DTH to another DTH. It is because of the contracting nature between the channel and DTH. So, we can't decide based on that and it is illogical.

Good to see for a change Sadiq bro voted for Sun Direct & accepted reality. My view point is Sun Direct is winner. But I like TS giving Star Sports 2 in base pack of 99 & ADTV giving Russia Today at 99 Pack. Please dont include HD Channels here. Also dont include any shopping channel. Rushil bro made a mistake by adding Shop CJ which is FTA I suppose. I may be wrong. Just my inputs......
