I have screen shot of tv screen but don't know how to upload here!!

I Know In my Connection Some Time Showing Insat-4A But I Not Known Much About It I think This Is Entry Point Related (In Technical Form)

What about insat-4A?? Coz when I visit signel test screen sometimes I find gsat-10 & insat-4A!!
Insat 4A was the old satellite which has been decommissioned since it has crossed it's mission life in 2019 and could no longer be used for communication and DTH purpose. The set top boxes have the internal firmware programmed such that they recognise signal from 83 degrees East as Insat 4A even though the signal is actually coming from the new satellite GSAT 30. This can be fixed with a firmware update where the satellite display name can change.
