why centre not given digital license to arasu cableo

The govt is already providing ration, electricity, water and many other public service via proper managed system and for them finding new staffs and running an LCO via ration shops wont be a big task and this can easily achieved within a very short span.

Please would only want Arasu and if the State Govt can directly provide that then why worry?

If cable industry is nationalized then those infrastructure will be taken over by Arasu after paying a suitable price to its owners. This is perfectly legal.

Now the time has changed, please note the points below:

1: Till now LCO's had their billing system and now Arasu has brought its own billing system.
2: Now it has become mandatory to use Arasu's bill's.
3: Subscribers can directly pay to Arasu via online.
4: Arasu claims the subscribers as its own subscribers.
5: Only Arasu will decide on the monthly payment and LCO's cant collect additional payments.

After viewing all the above do we still believe that Arasu is not in a complete control already?
