how do i connect lan cable to setup box to access my mob as remote?

Through ethernet port from modem to set top box you can access the internet. Alternatively you can connect wifi dongle provided by tata sky.

backside only even i am saying... it has only one USB port. Its Tata sky HD DSI729TAT Model i am using. shud i use only dongle then? confused

So you are in confusion. You posted in tata sky hd dvr section. Instead of hd section. No you can't use internet with hd box, only tata sky hd dvr boxes are capable of these facilities..
