No. Malayalam only. But the Hindi movie would have been run during the testing phase. It won't be shown hereafter.

Would have showed promos of upcoming shows (malayalam) airing Hindi shows not making any sense

I don't think we need to search for sense in what they air during testing phase. They still have 8 hours for launch and they may start promos when there is one hour remaining for launch.
