They should have gone for Zee Ganga Talkies as Bhojpuri Cinema is already there from enter10
Not a single Hindi movie or entertainment channel

As this licenses are taken by Zee entertainment enterprises most probably it will not be a news channel. Zee's News channels are licensed by Zee media corporation.
Coming to Kerala, if we check the naming pattern of Zee, entertainment channels are named with language(Zee tamil, Zee Telugu).So its Malayalam channel should be 'Zee Malayalam'.But don't know why(may be name is longer) they named it 'Zee Keralam'. Past is past and if they go for a sudden renaming it will not be fair. They had enough time for that before launching. Also a third Zee channel (News or not) entry to Malayalam had no probability. First of all 'Zee keralam' can't make a space till now and they are still not launched a news or 3rd channel in Tamil and kannada which they had enough popularity.
Then about these 2 license -Zee had took Zee Malayalam license before many years and converted to &tv. So this licenses also will be like that. If they wish to change the name of Zee Kerala then no need of applying 2 new licenses.

They already have licence with name "Big Ganga Talkies".

My guess is Zee Keralam SD & HD will be converted as Zee Malayalam SD & HD. Current acquired Zee Malayalam SD & HD licences may be used for Zee Malayalam Cinema SD & Zee Malayalam Cinema HD respectively.

Actually it'll be opposite if this happens
Zee Keralam will be relaunched as Zee Malayalam n Zee Keralam licence will be renamed n launch as ZMC

No chance for launching a movie channel(or 2ndary channel) for atleast 2 years bro. Reasons
1.They took 5 years for their entry to Malayalam even after completing it in all other south languages.
2.No enough movie library. May had some number but not worth movies most of all.
3.Not launched movie channels in tamil and Kannada( if they launch movie channels in those languages this year then think how long it taken after launching a gec.)
4.Zee Keralam is still not made an impact in malayalam. They should give priority to make the channel success.
Don't know about renaming as what the people will think if a new channel renamed suddenly. During the channel is trying create a reputation and changing name will push them backward.
